WEST OF KENTUCKY MULE

Our take on the popular Moscow Mule by substituting our Bourbon Whiskey No.2 for the Vodka. The high percentage of corn and wheat in the mash bill offers this blend a sweeter note in the whiskey which is nicely complemented by tartness of the fresh lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces West of Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey No. 2
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer for topping
  • Mint sprigs for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add Bourbon Whiskey and lime juice to a Moscow Mule mug or Highball glass. Fill with ice and top with ginger beer. Add mint sprigs for garnish.
