THE WINTER WHEAT

Batch Cocktails is a local cocktail consulting and catering company run by the very talented Tara Heffernon and Laura Sanfilippo. The two concocted the wonderful Harvest Moon Rye cocktail for us previously, and for the winter months, they offer an aromatic sip that will warm the cockles of our hearts all season long.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces 2nd Chance Wheat Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • 1/4 ounce Bodegas Dios Baco Amontillado Sherry
  • 2 dashes Barkeep Chinese Five Spice Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake well. Serve in a Martini glass.
