Recipe Notes

Rye WhiskeyOur Sonoma Rye Whiskey: A unique whiskey made of 80% unmalted rye grown in Canada and 20% rye malt from a hand-selected maltery in the United Kingdom. No corn or barley is used to highlight a pure rye profile. Double-distilled in traditional copper pots stills over a direct-fire, then placed in new charred American oak barrels, this is true Rye Whiskey.
