Modern Taste in legacy steeped traditional Alambic Pot Stills methods. Can you taste the terrior of Sonoma? Snacks as always provided by the talented Chef Bill! Youwill be tasting Sonoma Rye, Cherrywood Rye, West of Kentucky Bourbon #3, and cask strength West of Kentucky Bourbon #2.
