The coveted Sonoma Straight Rye infused with French Périgord Black Truffles returns for its second release. We’ll be featuring the truffles used in the whiskey infusion throughout the southern-inspired dishes in celebration of the 143rd Annual Kentucky Derby. Club Members will get a chance to sip and purchase this highly limited-release whiskey, nosh on Oatmeal Crusted Brie with a Mint Julep Bourbon Whiskey-Honey, Fried Chicken Sliders with Farm Fresh Slaw, topped with Black Truffle Whiskey Gravy and Truffle & Wild Mushroom Mac and Cheese. Our signature cocktail for the day will of course be a Classic Mint Julep with our West of Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey. Live music from The Gypsy Trio. The Derby will be streaming live on a big flat screen after the event just in time for “Riders Up” at 3:27pm PST. Event for Club Members and their guests only, not open to the public.
