From Thanksgiving through to New Year’s, this festive cocktail boasts all the harvest and holiday flavors we love. The sweetness of the maple syrup is nicely balanced with the fresh lemon juice, and the cinnamon adds a subtle warm note.
Our West of Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey recipe No.2 uses American Yellow Corn and Canadian Winter Wheat as a base to create a delicate, soft and refined bourbon with a velvety smoothness and mellow flavor. On the nose: vanilla, almond, toffee, hay and cocoa. The palate fills with honey, white chocolate, caramel and oak. The finish rounds out with hints of roasted peanut skins, butterscotch and biscuits.
