This classic New Orleans cocktail has been a bit of a secret all these years, but the word’s out now and it’s becoming a  regular on many a trendy drink menu. The French influence from the Absinthe and the nod to America with the Rye Whiskey makes this seductive sip a true reflection of Louisiana’s vibrant history.

Our Sonoma Rye Whiskey: A unique whiskey made of 80% unmalted rye grown in Canada and 20% rye malt from a hand-selected maltery in the United Kingdom. No corn or barley is used to highlight a pure rye profile. Double-distilled in traditional copper pots stills over a direct-fire, then placed in new charred American oak barrels, this is true Rye Whiskey.
